How are fundamentals

and electives graded?

Because fundamentals and elective courses take place outside of the Summit Learning Platform, they are graded differently.

Fundamentals grades are drawn from percentages within the Vocabulary.com and IXL platforms, and students are assessed in elective courses across metrics such as participation, growth, skill, behavior and preparedness. Each cycle, students will be required to pass 3 math IXL skills, 3 reading IXL skills, and 3 vocabulary lists.
