    What are “coaching check-ins”?

Coaching check-ins are 1-1 conversations with their coach to help students build their executive function. The strategies they work on together will set students up for success in a liberal arts college and Information Age career. The strategies revolve around a few fundamental character traits:

    • Self-Direction—navigating toward goals to take control of your future
    • Curiosity—a desire to engage in and understand the world around you
    • Civic Identity—understanding your place in and shaping your communities
